Shipping Policy for AHALightingLED.com

At AHALightingLED.com, we prioritize fast, reliable delivery and transparent communication. Below are the details of our shipping practices:


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3:00 PM CT typically ship the same day.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM CT or on holidays ship the next business day.


2. Shipping Options & Costs (Domestic U.S.)

Free & Flat Rate Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping: Any order qualify for free standard shipping (3–7 business days).

Next-Day Shipping

  • Standard Next-Day (1–2 business days): $95 for most products.

  • Next-Day for Products Over 4ft: $185 due to oversized handling.

All orders qualify for free shipping OR paid expedited options. Expedited costs are not discounted if your order meets free/flat rate criteria.


3. Shipping Status & Potential Delays

  • Current Status: Normal delivery times with no major delays.

  • Allow extra time for:

    • Remote addresses (APO/FPO, U.S. Territories).

    • Freight shipments (delays may occur after carrier handoff).

    • Items with custom artwork or assemblies.

    • Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii (carrier delays possible).

Delays due to weather, carrier volume, or unforeseen events are beyond our control. Contact us if your package is late.


4. Order Tracking

  • Tracking numbers are emailed once your order leaves our facility.

  • Allow 24–72 hours for carrier tracking updates.

  • Check your Account Dashboard or contact us for assistance.


5. Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not liable for errors.

  • To update your address for open backorders or unshipped orders, contact our Customer Advocate Center immediately.


6. Signature Requirements

  • Orders over $750 require a signature upon delivery.

  • Opt-out available: Contact us before ordering to waive the signature (you assume all liability for lost/stolen packages).

  • Use UPS MyChoice or USPS Informed Delivery to authorize package release without a signature.


7. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Cancel requests must be made shortly after ordering. We cannot cancel orders once processed.

  • Shipped orders cannot be canceled but may be returned (see Return Policy).


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Inspect packages immediately. Report damage/missing items within 48 hours via email with photos.

  • For lost packages, contact us after the carrier’s estimated delivery date passes.


9. Returns & Exchanges

  • Unopened, unused items in original condition may be returned within 45 days. See our Return Policy for details.
